Vaccinations

5.5.25 – Our Current Vaccination Update: Please refer to all paperwork provided to you at the time of your kitten’s adoption. All Maine Coon kittens leave with initial vaccinations for feline herpesvirus and calicivirus. We recommend additional booster vaccines after 11 weeks of age and a rabies vaccine after 12 weeks of age. Then both vaccines annually.

Maine Coon Guarantee

Premium Maine Coons guarantees that your kitten is spayed/neutered, microchipped, and free of congenital defects. Congenital defects are abnormalities that are present at birth and are not considered hereditary. The following are not covered by our Guarantee: colds, respiratory infections, bacterial conditions, viruses, acquired diseases, growths, tumors, cancers or any condition caused by parasites or an unknown loss. The Maine Coon guarantee is effective for one year from the date of adoption, and only up to the adoption price. Your Maine Coon must remain on Premium Maine Coons Diet to keep the guarantee valid for one year.

Claims

To submit a claim, please email info@premiummainecoons.com with the following information:

• The original receipt of adoption of your Maine Coon kitten
• Proof of purchase of our Premium Maine Coons Diet
• Your copy of the Guarantee Card
• A licensed veterinarian statement, noting a congenital diagnosis

Validate your Guarantee and Receive your Birth Certificate!

Register your Maine Coon kitten at www.premiummainecoons.com within 30 days after adoption to validate your guarantee. Once the information is filled out, you will receive a link to a PDF of your kitten’s birth certificate that you can print for your records. Your Maine Coon must remain on Premium Maine Coons Diet to keep the guarantee valid. The date stamp that appears on the guarantee card that you received with your adoption is your kitten’s birthday. Click here to register your Maine Coon and print out their birth certificate.

This birth certificate cannot be downloaded again. All information is saved, but the PDF you print will be your only copy. This birth certificate is not necessary to file a claim.
